what is the scarf measurements and does the watch need a battery?

19" wide by 72" long. One end is sewn together so you can slip it over your head and loop it over again (infinity). Watch is new; battery is new and doesn't start working until you take out the tiny piece of plastic on the stem that prevents it from running until the owner gets it. Thanks for checking in.
