The listing, solid stainless steel liner lock multi color has ended.

Heavy duty solid stainless steel design liner lock knife. I tried to get every angle possible in the photographs so you can view all angles of the one knife you are to receive. It has a dual assist design. One assist is the double thumb post for right or left handed and the other is a finger flick assist. I cannot describe what the knife's design is intended to be patterned after as its mere mention of the winged caterpillar it is supposed to look like has caused this to be deleted even though it is a legal liner lock knife

So this is a slip joint?
Then its legal unless there is a length issue where you are going to carry it?

Yes designed as a normal lock blade swivel point. The handle is 4 3/4" + blade extended is a total length of 8 1/2" total. Hope this helps and thank you for letting me in on the f&w lol!

I think it'll be fine. I always put a disclaimer I'm my spring assist auctions saying:
"This is NOT a switchblade! There is NO button release on this knife"
The same thing pertains to your knife. And as far as what's it's designed to resemble, I think you covered that well.
