This auction is for ONE dog collar with attached bandana. You choose color & size. They come in green, red, black, blue & pink. The sizes are 12", 15" & 16". Each has loop for leash attachment. Dogs need style too!

Sorry, I don't think so. The smallest size is 12". I measured one of them &, closed at the smallest hole, it is about 6" around. It would, however, fit a cat that is maybe 6 to 8 mos. or older. Thanks for asking.
