Beautiful pair of jeans I purchased but never wore. Put up in closet for weightloss and time to spring clean... Only flaw I see is at the very bottom of the cuff of jean on back there is a small cut. You can not see it at all when wearing and does not effect the wear of the jeans. I have included a picture of it.

I am not home to measure them but would say regular. I am 5'4 so typically go for regular length.

Yes the fabric has some stretch to it due to the material it is made out of. As for the make I want to say misses. I have had them put up for over a year so kinda hard to recall exactly.
