This is a 2010 Press Pass rookie card for quarterback TIM TEBOW.

THE PLAYER:
The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner, who won national championships with Florida in 2006 and 2008, Tebow became a national sensation and a household name. The Broncos made Tebow their first round pick in 2010. In 2011, Tebow became the starter, inheriting a 1-4 team and helping the Broncos rattle off several come-from-behind wins, and finishied the regular season 7-4 as a starting QB, during which he gained 660 yards on the ground in addition to his passing game. The turnaround helped the Broncos into the playoffs where they knocked off the Steelers in the wild card round before getting knocked off by the New England Patriots. The Broncos acquired Peyton Manning after the season, effectively ending Tebow's tenure in Denver; he was subsequently traded to the New York Jets.
