You can get free minutes if you receive food stamps, medicaid etc. The minutes roll over if you add at least a $10 card every 45 days or earn free minutes by shopping at kroger and using their rewards card. The minutes are still good to roll over right now.

It's iwireless or access wireless the cards are available at kroger stores. The phone actually has 500 minutes available now.

You cannot get the cards at Albertson's that I know of, at least not in my area. In Vegas you can get the cards at Food for Less and Smith's. I lived in Colorado and there Kroger stores were King Soopers. Other than that I don't know for sure what Kroger stores are called in other areas.

This phone is an upgrade, a phone that I purchased. It does have a camera and will accept an SD card. It has a few minutes less than 500 on it right now and will have another 250 on the 6th of June.
