I can't find anything specific about cranberries in that area, but unless its extremely high altitude, I would assume as long as you amended their growing conditions, they would still be able to thrive. Here is a link to what they need to grow well - so for most plants, if we can copy their ideal conditions, they don't care :) hope it helps. http://umaine.edu/cranberries/growing-cranberries/
