Since it was requested before, here's a real brief synopsis:

Et Cetera is a wild west girl going to Hollywood (if you have issues with the timing there, don't even start the book) with a gun that shoots zodiac bullets.

High Moon is kinda werewolfy-dark-I'm not quite sure what. I only mostly followed the stories in it.

Love Hina is a boy in a girl's..dorm? I didn't read this one, so not sure.

King of Hell is a master swordsman brought back to life to track down other master swordsmen who were also dead and are now in other bodies before they wreak havoc.

The Mythical Detective is Loki and a lot of other Norse mythology in the modern world interacting and he's living separate from most of them for reasons not made clear yet in the first 2 books. They'd be better with a better knowledge of the mythology.

Dejiko's is a mascot who is in competition with another worker at a games shop. She's witchy and jealous while trying not to appear so.

School Rumbler is high school drama. Not my style, but was entertaining as they go.

Shaolin Sisters Reborn are three sisters who are reincarnated and so are their friends and enemies. They are gifted martial artists and have special bells.

Battle Angel Alita is a cyborg with no memory who shows up in a junk heap and knows a lost type of fighting so is clearly something other than trash.

Gacha Gacha is another high-school drama.

DearS are aliens dropped on this world and one escapes and picks a human boy to serve. Other DearS want her back because she's "inferior" to them and they don't want her coloring humans view.

That's a brief overview of what I can remember. Some I haven't read and some I don't remember well. You can probably find better overviews of the series online if these aren't sufficient.
