How big of a dog do think this will fit?

Well, it fit my dog( the one in the picture) around his body, but he has super short legs, so it just was not working.The measurements are: 15 inches from neck to bottom & 8 1/2 around the chest area, under the arms. I hope that helps! Let me know if it does not. I would say any little dog, but not a tiny one for sure. My dog is fat for a Chihuahua, like about 20lbs!

Yes, for sure. It is long enough, and my dog is about that weight. It did not work for him because he has the shortest legs! Thanks!
