I purchased this on Nomorrack and it was to small. It really should be stated as a size Large. The bust has padding and the strap can be come on or off.

The bottom is what size and does the top fit for C cup

Yes the top would fit a C and the bottoms are a XL but they run very small so I would say more a L ( 13/14)
