Please read this: I do not have a bank account so I would have to request a one of four things to receive shipping costs,
1. prepaid card of some sort that can be used at a postal service for payment of shipping costs.
2. a money order
3. a personal check
or 4. Cash that is concealed in an envelope so it wont be stolen
If you are uncomfortable with this then please do not bid,and if you have then ill find a way to reimburse your credits, shipping costs will need to be mailed to me and once I receive the payment I will ship your item out, it may be a good idea to have tracking or signature required for the mailed payment, if you want to.

Please Read continued...
Best and safest way to send shipping costs...
there is one other way, if you can be patient it would probably be the same turnaround time as sending snail mail... I do have a paypal account but as I said before I have no bank account so I would have to wait for the payment to be sent to paypal and then I would request a paper check from them and they would mail it to me, and then Id be able to ship your item or items out...

Jimmy you are absolutely right and I am sorry but the flat rate couldn't be changed after somebody bid on the item as in editing the auction ad...the correct price for this would be the media mail price which would be $2.41, I found that the media mail was cheaper to ship after the listing was locked in for good, that's why I listed the media mail prices later on in the comments, I hope I was able to answer your question right
