I'm watching :) I have a son with Aspergers Syndrome, very high functioning, but because of his sensory disorder he eats very little varieties of food, to many carbs. I made my husband with Diabetes that has a gym membership sign my son up, he whines and complains and puts up more of a fight doing that than the energy he'd spend working out. If he has one of these it will be obvious to him he hasn't done enough that day, maybe I'll mark down his # and reward him if he hits a certain #, well see. FW. Thanks. Nikki
