i do not refund because you cant afford the supplies to do the diy or that you lack the skills to
do so everyone is different your item may not turn out perfect and sometimes you gotta make it
a few times to get it right, i'm not super artisic but i still try and i have fun with it.
i try to delivery within 24 hours sometimes i'm on when they end and i send them right away.
