For babies 8 pounds or 21 inches long up to 23 pounds maximum.

Pre-owned and previously used but looks to be in great condition. I personally never used it. I always forgot to bring it along... and now my son has out grown it andi see no point trying it now when he's 1 pound from the max, if not already to tall.

Manual not available with this item but replacement manual can be requested by calling number on tag (shown in one of the photos)
