This was my first attempt at making a spiked collar for the goth clubs, its a little tight around my neck now,so my loss is your gain.my neck is 18 1/2 inches to give you an idea of its size. good luck

shipping costs can be paid with either paypal or united states post office money order only.
I have no bank account for paypal so I will need to request a paper check from paypal to be mailed from them to me then once I receive the funds I can ship out the phone, good luck bidding, there is no free shipping with this item as I am strapped for cash here.so please do not ask.

Paypal is not accepted for any fees under 10.00
I have no bank account and paypal charges me 1.50 to request a check on top of a fee amount I assume to process into paypal.com of .37 cents therefore It robs me of any shipping cost I can get to send your items out, please send me a postal money order or concealed cash only.
