It holds fluid and it has a flint and it sparks when you go to light it but it don't light.

Well this is what ill say I fill it up with fluid its got a flint in it sparkes like it wants to light but it just doesn't. Maybe if you're bid and win you can get it to work.

One of the pictures shows the Falcon lighter with a red dot on it thats the only light that lights on it.

Yes they ALL ARE REFILLABLE . But remember I said some work some don't. Not sure which ones. I have them packaged up to be shipped already
