Up for auction is a Sterling Silver Open Heart Necklace designed by Elsa Peretti. The heart is stamped "Tiffany&CO Elsa Peretti 925 Spain" The chain is stamped "925" and "Spain" and the clasp is stamped "925".
This lovely necklace was given to me by my late husband about 3 years ago before he passed away. Sorry, he wouldn't tell me where he bought it. He loved to shop. He might of bought it on one of trips to Reno or possibly Vegas. Or maybe from a coworker who was having financial problems. He did that to help people out. He also did security for Macys and other high end stores. I just don't know where he bought it :)

All the stamps and everything match up to authentic Tiffany, but since I don't know where my husband bought it I can't be 100 percent sure it's authentic.
