This is a very unique necklace or choker that has a gold tone gold link chain that goes around the neck and hanging from the chain are many many colored tassels!
The tassels remind me of my high school graduation tassels! They are a rust color at the top and then the color gradually changes to a dark gray at the bottom. The tassels measure 10 in. long. The chain measures 14.5 in. long, lobster claw clasp with an extension chain that measures 3 in. long.
