The listing, Bari Jay Designer Skirt and Top has ended.

This is a beautiful set; unfortunately I have limited facts that I can share about it. I have no clue as to the size or the material because the tags are missing.
I measured around the waist and that is 30". The full-length skirt is 42" long. The only information provided in the top is the designer tag of Bari Jay.
I don't know the material - it feels like the same material of graduation gowns.
I am not a sewer and not particularly knowledgeable of clothing material.
This is definitely for a small figure.
It was in a bag of clothes that I received and it is WAY too small for me.
Could have been for a wedding or a prom.

Comes from a SMOKE-FREE but not a Fur-Free Home.

What is the bust measurement, please?

I measured the circumference of the top across the bust area and it is 34.5". I hope that helps. Like I said there are no tags to be found anywhere but the designer name.
