Description

The listing, Vintage Tiara Sweet Avocado Pear Open Sugar & Creamer in Yellow Mist-Sparkly! has ended.

What a perfectly refreshing pattern for serving outdoor iced tea! Tiara Glass (made by Indiana Glass) open sugar and creamer in the delicately fruity and summery Sweet Avocado Pear motif. Look at the graceful lines - just so elegant! Put some lemon juice in the creamer, or better yet, some spirits to spike your tea, or maybe both - use your vivid imagination!

These are in the hard to find Yellow Mist color. Both are in perfect shape creamer measures 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" x 3 3/4" and Sugar Bowl measures 6 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 3 1/2".

You deserve something as beautiful as this, and to make it better, I'll ship them FREE in the USA!

Happy Summertime, Listians!

Thank you - keep watching under my name for more Tiara. This glass was my mother's and although I love it all, I'm really running out of room :-)

:-) No, this is not vaseline glass, although this particular shade of yellow kind of resembles it.

I have a lot of yellow that is Vaseline.

These were made by the Indiana Glass company in 1974. This is the only time they made these in yellow and collectors love them because yellow was not an original color. These would be a nice catch for anyone. Beautiful .If I had enough credits I would surely bid myself.

Indeed, you are correct! And you know, I'm not really certain what the exact name of the color is: I've heard it called "lemon" and I thought it was "sunshine yellow." It is a pretty pattern - and although I know the GIN seems high, it is a fine collector's item. Thanks for your knowledge and kind commentary, giving you a fan!

The gin is not high for this item. Its actually low . Like I said its called yellow but you can only get it in 1974 that's why collectors love it so much. Hope to see more pieces like this.

TY! I had the pitcher, too, and broke just the bottom of it. I was more than a bit upset. I actually glued the piece back and use it to root plant cuttings - couldn't just throw it out :-) I've got some Fenton, Indiana, Wheaton that I will probably offer up as there are so many people on here that really appreciate nice glass!
