I know the certificate says New York Mint but can you make out the Mint Mark on the Coin? The United States (to my knowledge) doesn't have a mint in NY. There is Denver and Phillie and West point and San Fransisco. I also dont know that the US mint makes colorized coins so this coin had to be touched so that it could be "painted". Can you tell the date and is the coin hand-painted or covered with a color decal? I know alot of questions but there are so many different types of these coins any addition information is useful

Hey there, I added 2 more pics...Honestly its hard to tell if its painted or layered on... As for the Mint marking, I believe thats the mark near the eagle. When I mean not touched as in, I havent nor has anyone without gloves. These coins are handle with gloves and etc... so there are no prints of any kind on it. I am NOT A COLLECTOR lol, thats why I have no use for this! I rather someone who can benefit from it have it... I didnt see a date either.... If you know where on the coin I can find these things I dont mind trying to find it! Thanks for the questions as I am also learning as I go along...
