This is a very beautiful and unique collector piece signed by Torino. It's not only a decorative item to sit upon your jewelry table, it's also jewelry. These were very cleverly designed.

Inside this diminutive 2" pewter dolphin box you'll find a treasure trove. The dolphin-shaped lid is also a brooch with a pin on the back to hold it in place on your blouse or scarf or wherever you decide to wear it. There is a pewter dolphin charm (approx 1/4") on a 16" chain necklace for you to wear.

As a final accompaniment to all of this there is a pair of tiny pewter dolphin earrings (approx 1/4") that, when not worn, attach to the pin, which is also the lid to the jewelry box. The necklace nestles safely inside.

This comes in a small jewelry box.

Torino made many designs like this. Piano, cat, giraffe, moon face, saddle, soccer ball, penguin, bear, castle, several types of birds, just to name a few. But I don't know the origin of them. They're Vintage, I do know that, at least the true signed ones are. I collect many cat items and I have the cat one, it's one of my treasures >'.'<
