Yes but you would have to use a top that has a built in bra. like those tank tops.
The outer covering does have a sticky material like substance. The breasts enhancers molds to what you already have. When not in use you have to put them back in the wrapper and container. Hope this helps

Hi:-) can you put them inside of a regular bra or does it have to be a top with a built in? How long ago did you get these and how much have u used them? I guess what im trying to figure outb is hi ow much sticky is left:-) im f&w:-)

Yes maam you can use a regular bra. Got them around 6 years ago. Never used.
I had surgery ( Breast augemt.) so don't need them. They are just sitting in my closet.
They have a case and each breast is in a wrapper. which I have kept them in. - they are literally brand new. never worn. I tried it on in store with wrapper on. so these never actually touch a human body before. the gel conforms to your own breast with body heat. I hope this helps : ) have a blessed day Sticks11
