This is a New with tag silky sleeveless top in a size 22 from Lane Bryant.
It a very light scarf like silk material
It's hard to see with the print but there is a ruffle from the front neckline down the bust. It has 2 small buttons at the collar that you can button to create a peek a boo opening (see photo 4) or with it unbuttoned it is a nice V neckline as in photo 3
It's very cute alone but also with it's light weight and being sleeveless makes it a great layering piece under a jacket.

Earrings are silver tone I don't see any markings on them
