It just means someone has placed a bid higher than your bid. Razmataz is the high bidder. You have to place a big higher than his to be the high bidder, otherwise you have been outbid.

Heh...those are just called "comic bags". And the cardboard backers are called "comic boards". I will probably put all these books in one large bag with a couple cardboard backers for shipping, that way they won't get bent. Including the bags and boards for every book would increase my shipping costs, so I probably won't do that.

Don't forget, comic books are meant to be read, not collected. I'm against the concept of owning a comic book and not reading it. It's a crime against the artform.

The Amazing Spider-Man issue #300 is the 1st appearance of Venom.

Correct. But Secret Wars #8 is the first appearance of the alien symbiote black Spider-Man costume, which becomes Venom when Spider-Man sheds it and it merged with Eddie Brock. Which happens several years after Secret Wars #8 in Amazing Spider-Man.
