Plus Size Dress by Pure Energy Plus Size 4 (bought from Target) This dress hit me just at the knee and I am 5'6". It is very comfortable. Has elastic and a tie around the back, Colors are Black, gray and light blue in the middle.
I'd say this fits a 3x-4x.
