Here we have a Super Heroes Mini Scrapbook Album made out of 5 toilet paper rolls...I know, not ALL of the Super Heroes depicted here are from Marvel...some are DC too and some might be something else (sorry, I am not "up" on all of them) but I wanted to try and make sure YOUR little man's favorite was represented, if possible...so, here we go:

1) (front cover): says "OUR BOY!" then "HEROES" with a lineup of the Marvel characters. I added some silk flowers in wine and yellow and sprayed them with Glimmer Mist to add a little sparkle, in the center is a blue rhinestone brad. There is a line of yellow vinyl stars, 2 blue binder rings and LOTS of ribbon and fiber bows and even a bow made from the yellow vinyl stars too.

2) this page shows Thing and says "YOU are my favorite THING", there is an orangish brad and some blue and orange rhinestones and some Stickles Glitter Glue.

3) Spider-Man swings on his web across this page from the words "Spider Sense, Spider-Man". There is a tag which reads: "You've snared me in your web!"

4 & 5 go together) Page 4 shows Superman flying up into the air and the words: "Only a SUPERMAN could give me..." and is intended for a picture of your son's (or grandson's, etc.) father. Across from this page is another flying Superman and the rest of the statement: "...such a perfect little boy!" and is intended for a picture of YOUR little boy. There are 3 buttons (red, blue and yellow) with Stickles to add some sparkle.

My grandma just passed away and we have to get through the funeral and all of that, so I will get more done and up either here or on my site (or both) just as soon as I can. I am so glad that you like this one and I hope you are able to win it. I will try to make one similar to it for my site, but it won't be exactly the same...for one thing, I bought the ONLY super hero stickers I could find and used most of them for this one...LOL...I might have to resort to evil-bay to find more ;o)

6) This page states: "I MARVEL that You're MINE!" There is a light blue square rhinestone brad, a little blue button and a yellow rhinestone in the corner for some bling.

7) This page shows a picture of the Hulk who appears to be pretty "angry". This page says: "What??? Its just a "little" tantrum". My thoughts were that this would be a GREAT page for one of your little boys "angry-face" photos.

8) This page shows 4 famous Super Heroes: Captain America, Wolverine, Thor, and Iron Man, there is one more circle intended for a picture of your little boy. There is a "Top Secret" envelope (Library card style) with a tag sticking up out of it that says: "Let me tell you a little secret...you won't believe its true (on one side, and) all these Super Heroes were once little boys like you!!"

9) This page has the Human Torch flaming up on it and says "You set my heart a flame with love!"

10) (Back cover): There is a silk ribbon attacked by brads and glued for double security. In the center of this ribbon is an orange and white plaid bow with a little silver star (or flower) brad to help to hold it securely in place. This ribbon holds a diamond shaped tag that has the Superman "S" Logo on the front with the words: "super mom - super dad - super son" around the edge with space for your family's portrait in the center. On the back of this tag are journaling lines and the words: "Our Super Story" and a little keybord smiley like this: :) to balance out the text.

Each toilet paper tube-page holds a journaling tag and each tag is lined on both sides and depicts a Super Hero, to include: the Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, Spider-Man, Punisher, Superman and "S" Logo, Storm, Cyclops, and Batman. Each tag had a reinforced hole at the top with bright colored fibers tied through them for ease of pulling the tag out of the tube-page.

thanks, it wasn't my idea to use TP rolls...another scrapbooker thought of it and put the tutorial up on Youtube...but it is an awesome idea and doesn't take much time at all to accumulate enough rolls to make an album...and saves them from piling up in the landfills :o)

My shop is online. It is called La Scrape' Cafe', the address is just the 3 w's then lascrapecafe all lower case, then the dot com (I don't think I am allowed to put the link here, this is why I wrote it this way, sorry). The shop is small at the moment, but it will be growing rapidly over the next few months...I hope you will come check us out and that you will check back often...I will be adding many Tibetan Silver charms this weekend (hopefully...my grandmother passed away two days ago and her funeral is tomorrow...so, my plan is to get them up on the site, but I am not positive it will happen...they will be up within the next few days though...so if you like to add charms to your pages, keep checking back)

Well...there it is, I hope it lived up to your expectations ;o) I tried NOT to make it too girly with too many flowers and too much bling...but still wanted to give it some so it will have that element of beauty and sparkle to go with the element of FUN! I also tried to add some fun text without being too mushy...since this IS a boys album...LOL...I LOVE the tantrum page :o) but I would have to say the 2-page Superman father-and-son layout is my favorite...I hope, as I said, that this one lives up to your expectations since YOU asked for it!!!
