UPDATE: When I measure the white Styrofoam that came in the cover which is the sort of place holder for the tablet (you can see it in some of the pictures) the dimensions were 9.5" x 7.25", with a small amount of room left which can expand in either direction if needed. It stated that it was for an iPad 2 on my receipt but the "official" description is as follows:

I would like to make it clear that this cover/keyboard requires a cord in order to charge the battery which IS NOT included. It did not come with one which is why I don't have it to include.
Also, although an iPad is the only device mentioned in the descriptions provided, an Android device can be used, but the custom cutouts on the front are designed for the iPad, as you can see in the pictures.

Will it fit a iPad mini?

I am not familiar with "Apple" brand products (yes, I am that one person in the world--ha ha) but I believe the iPad mini is 7.9" (diagonal) in size. This cover states it is for 9.7" (diagonal) sized products so I guess not, but the Bluetooth keyboard will work on anything that will connect through Bluetooth technology regardless if it is a phone, tablet, computer etc. I am adding an update on the description to more accurately describe the cover/keyboard and hopefully answer your question better, but please let me know if the additional information in the description doesn't fully answer any other questions you may have.
