It depends on how much the high bidder bids. For example: if the high bidder bids 20,000 credits, they spend the credits just like money. So they could choose from the different "price levels" up to the amount of credits they bid. Glad you asked. This is a little different from most of the auctions on here. The beauty of it is the high bidder gets to pick from a large selection exactly what they want.
