The listing, The Greatest American Hero: the complete series 1981 has ended.

Viewed only once, excellent condition, no scratches

This 9 disc set is housed in a standard multi-set packaging. This entails a large plastic spindle less case with a cut-out for disc sleeves. Each disc fits in a sleeve which is held inside the case.

The lone special feature on this release is a 20 minute interview with creator Stephen J. Cannell, that is pretty interesting. He covers his inspirations for the show and how it changed over the course of it’s 3 season run.

The Greatest American Hero is definitely a nostalgia show. Fans who grew up with it will have fun reliving the adventures of Ralph Hinkley and Agent Maxwell as they run across all sorts of bad guys while trying how to figure out what else Ralph’s suit is capable of doing. Newcomers might be a bit put off by the show as it did suffer a bit as it aged. This collection is fantastic for all 35 hours of the shows 43 episodes and is recommended for fans.
