The card says "$10 angel card for your birthday, enter code, certificate number and amount at checkout. Excludes: Victoria's secret designer collection (Frye, Sorel, hunter, ugg Australia) clearance, bras under $25, gift cards, previous purchases or payment on angel credit cards."

First time I've gotten one of these so I'm not sure if its a gift card or the $10 off code (the wording sounds like a gift card but idk)...you may know better than me with the info above :)

It's a coupon that can be used on any purchase $10 or more. If you buy one item that's $10 you get it free (+shipping of course unless you have a free shipping code too).
If it's over $10 they deduct $10 from your total. You can buy 2 $5 items (or any other combination that add up to $10) and it's free :)
