This is a beautiful floral print dress I got from wet seal. The top is stretchy and measures about 11 inches from pit to pit. The waistband is stretchy as well. My favorite thing about this dress is the pockets! I love dresses with pockets.

Are you bustier? That will definitely make a difference. If you're smaller in bra size than you should be fine. I'd wear shorts underneath though just for bending over purposes Haha.

Oh than it definitely might!! in a DD but the entire dress unstrectched like crazy after wash, than stretches back out a couple minutesafter wearing.
