Very nice woman's plus size blouse. The outer blouse is attached to the tank. Size is 18/20. 93% viscose. 7% spandex. Ties in the front-It's hard to tell from the picture. 3/4 length sleeves.

I've had it for a couple of years but I probably have't worn it more than a dozen times. I do not know the brand. I cut the name tag off. I don't remember wjhy--it probably itched. I hope this helps.

That outer blouse is 29" in length the shell/tank is 27".
