1935 D $1 silver certificate with an error.

It is a printing/cutting error. There is a visible crop mark on the lower right front. I can't seem to find much info on these. I saw one or two online, but I have ever seen (or perhaps noticed) a crop mark on a bill before. Not that rare or uncommon I'm sure. But it is a silver certificate error.

Bill has a few wrinkles in it, but is still somewhat crisp with good white color.

A guide mark that is printed and used for cutting reference. Most printed document use crop marks, especially with full bleed (color to the edge of the paper)
