You can put a high bid in. Then, when someone else bids against you, it goes up to the amount the person bidding against you put in. For example: say you are the first bidder and you bid 5000 credits. It will show as a bid of 1 credit until someone else bids. Then say the person bidding against you bids 3000. Then your bid amount will go up to 3000. Then say someone bids 5001 credits. That person would then become the high bidder. So , even if you keep bidding, it will keep going up as long as someone has a higher bid in the max bid. I know it sounds confusing. Watch a couple auctions and you'll get the hang of it. Good luck.
