I'm not sure how to explain it. From the research I've done you can wait until polish is almost dry where it's still tacky and add the strip and peel off. You can Google it and it'll give you a better explanation then what I can give along with photos.

You can also use nail glue to put it on it looks very cool you can watch the videos in how to do it on YouTube.
