Sweetie, the dimensions are shown in the pictures including the strap drop...but if I remember correctly it is approx 9" across the bottom and 9" tall....but it has a serpation pocket inside and several other zippers and pockets so it packs a lota punch and it should past the test of time because it is real leather :)

Ohhh sorry darlin, I really don't know anything about the Mac Air, but I did put pictures with measurements. I think if I remember correctly its about 9 x 9 but it narrows a little at the top. Hope that helps :)

Oh yes!!! Honestly I really struggled to give this up. I LOVE IT It has so many wonderful compartments you can fit so much in it. The only reason I decided to let it go is there is a GUESS convertible Backpack purse that I must have....LOL. It's $98.00, maybe I can get some of the credits for this one and get a gift card...but those gift cars go for 1 1/2 - 3X the value....so gonna need a lot of credits..haha
