This is in great condition there are no scratches this was keep in a case and a screen protector on it. Has a clean ESN. I just swicthed to a droid.You will love this phone you can get free apps,get on the internet,check your listia and facebook. And so much more

If you buy it new from verizon it cost $349 without contract and you can get it for $149 with 2 year contract. I no its been out for over a year. If you get this off here you will get it free and no contract just have it activated in your name.

The only way the phone would have a clean esn is if it dose not have a past bill or was not shut off during the contract. If it was not either of these it should have a clean esn. If it has a past bill or was shut off with a contract the only way to clear it is pay what is owed....:)
