This Vintage plate is a 23 KARAT GOLD PICK WICK by SALEM CHINA CO. MADE IN THE USA. It is a medium sized plate with a beautiful floral arrangement in the center surrounded by a 23K Gold design. The label on the back of the plate can be seen in the 2nd picture.
