Hello ladies! This a a plus size black skirt size 3X by Investment. It has a slight flare at the bottom, tried to show in the second picture. Elastic back. Took the tag off but never wore it. No rips stains or tears. Waist is 21 inches unstretched and it is 28 1/2 inches waist to hem.
