to get verified just click get credits up at the top of the screen and then they show you all the ways to get verified. you also get credits for each way that you verify yourself so its worth it to do. :)

your right it does look like 2 pics of one phone and then 2 pics of another different phone its hard to tell if this is an authentic auction

I really wish people would have given me a break, so I do try to help people new to this site, because all I got was griped out, then a few finally helped me, but either way, becoming verified is not complicated, it pretty much tells you how to do it when you open the account. When you're not verified, people tend to be suspicious of auctions, due to scammers, I got hit twice before I learned. That would be why you're being bombarded with what seems like obvious questions, or being told to do specific things. You have one auction you completed successfully, kudos, but generally people lack trust, so you kind of have to show them you can be. I ended up being out 3 bags of gemstones and the shipping cost thanks to not knowing this and that. I've also been called a snake oil salesman, and had to bend over backwards to show people I wasn't kidding, and I've got 34 packages going out today for this site, and I suspect I'll get at least 10 complaint messages for them, and have to do lord knows what to make it right for whatever reason people can come up with, and trust me, they come up with some charmers. That is all, and you know, it never hurts to ask someone to help, including the Listia rules section and FAQ section.
