I would love to give that to my grand. These days I don't think you have to have a certain credit rating to open up a checking. This is a valuable commodity on this site because so many people have given negative feedback from certain listers who did it other than what Listia suggests. It even helps the seller by getting more credibility. Even if things don't go as planned it is nice to know that you can get your credits and money back in any type of situations like some type of insurance if something happens to the seller or buyer. Life is so unpredictable and this helps more than you know. One buyer was just recently in an accident so the deal had to be renegotiated. We all have to try to help one another and understand each others circumstance.
