In Canada Yes.. In the USA , No ..
USA gets a confirmation number, because if I use tracking for US the cost is 18.00 and up , depending on size of item and That is not a cost I will put out.. If you live in US and want tracking, I will give it if you pay for it.

I bought them for my daughter and she tried them on to show me... then took them off and never bothered with them again.. So , its really up to you .. I say yes they are, because people try them on in the store , but she just did it at home and they sat in her dresser for about 6 months...
