You must have a verified address... This ensures that the item is in fact going to a complete address , so it does not get returned to me. sometimes people don't put a apartment number or don't know the right postal/zip code and that means postal returns the item to me and I have to pay shipping again ... it basically assures that no costly mistakes are made and that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible..
