Hi again! You are correct. The polish has never been used or swatched. It was just purchased about 2 weeks ago, so it is fresh & hasn't been sitting around for years. It still has the original manufacturer's seal on the bottle. Thanks again for your questions. Good luck :-)

Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Sometimes, I have to reboot my computer to view Listia's page due to receiving a repeated error that the page doesn't exist or is out of date. Strange!!! Yes, I do accept payment through PayPal & the nail polish is brand new, sealed, full-sized, 100% authentic, and has never been used or swatched. I treat people the way I want to be treated. I'm the biggest germ freak out there so I would not want anyone to sell me a used polish. Therefore, I would never list one. Thanks so much for your question.
