Yes. Just sow them about 1/4 inch deep in a sunny location. Plant each seed about an inch apart . Mist lightly and keep moist. I mist my seeds in the early morning and leave them alone in the evening so the water has a chance to evaporate.
The seeds should germinate in 9-14 days. These are annuals and are as lovely as many of my bulbs.
