I believe this is a old Brooch. It is in used condition. :) I don't know anything about it. It is much more pretty in person!!! The color around the flower is more of a blue. All the stones are in tack. Some are darker seeminly in color. It sparkles so pretty thou when the light hits it. I love this peice.
