Just wondering why you would ask people to do free shipping when you only offer it when gin is used only???not cool just weird!

I only her to give a tip because she was new and on the beginning I always did free shipping and it really helps to get more people watching and bidding when You don't have the option to put a GIN, she messaged me and ask why people have not bid on it and if I can give her some tips, hope this explained it a little for You
