Brand new, never been worn. They tie around the ankle. It says they are a size 7 but they feel like a 5.

My first listing and did not set a starting bid so this is a great buy. The original price was $40. I wear a size 6 and it says they are a size 7 but they do not fit me. If I could get them over the widest part of my foot they would fit. So maybe they are made for a more slender foot.

Very sturdy too. They are not floppy and are actually kinda heavy, thank god for flat rate shipping.
