Haha. The previous winner bid higher than she wanted to? That's crazy of a excuse. Lol you didn't give her the credits back did you?? You know that If someone changes there mind after bidding/ winning and no longer wants the item-- for any reason- you don't have to return their credits to them. As the seller you can keep their credits n relist the item. Of course you can give them their credits back, that's up to you completely but not many sellers will do that. Too many people change there minds and want their credits back. And like you stated in the description-- there were 29 other watchers n bidders that actually DID want the item. And had the previous bidder not bid, someone else would have won n had the item by now, which is why many people won't return the credits to a changed minded bidder. That's why so so so many sellers say "NO BUYERS REMORSE. NO REFUNDS". What happens is someone bids n wins a item, than she sees something else on Listia that she wants more- so she comes up with a blah excuse of why she no longer wants the item n would rather he credits back. I've even had people say things like "my house burned down- and I need my credits for home supplies" and "I didn't bid- my daughter must of did it accidentally " of course certain circumstances, deserves special treatments, but most times you can tell if someone just wants their credits back for another auction or if they really have some legit reason to no longer wanting a item.
Lol anyway sorry for rambling! I see your a newer member, and I just wanted to let you know- in case You didn't know- that if a winner changes there mind -you don't have to return their credits. Too many people try n take advantage of new members who are good sellers.
Oh well, her loss! I'm sure you will get many bids! No worries ;)

Hey there!^^ Thanks I fanned you back, and thank you so much for typing up all that advice for me! Wow now I understand the "NO BUYERS REMORSE. NO REFUNDS" statement. The excuses that you got do sound very questionable, and I agree that bidders shouldn't not want their items anymore after winning. However, this time I refunded the credits since I do think that the bidder had a legitimate reason. She messaged me right after she bid, which was before the end of the auction and said that she was using her phone, which she told me skipped the pop up confirmation message for placing her bid, so the bid went right through. However, you're right about me being not very familiar with keeping the credits after running into bidders with buyer's remorse. This is my first time dealing with this kind of stuff, and I will keep my eye out for suspicious excuses in the future. :) Thank you again for such a supportive message my friend! <3
